Rules & Regulations

The Terms and conditions are the basic elements which are ought to follow by a BUSINESS EXPLORER (hereafter called the “BE”) and also their rights, duties and responsibilities.
A BUSINESS EXPLORER is an intended traveler who has to accept all the Rules and Regulations, Business Plan, Tour plan, Beauty package and the policies of the company.
A Tour Package is a Travel Package which is acquired by BE on payment of a price, specified by the company.
The Company means “MANIYAN SHAI CLUB” at Bodinayakanur, Tamilnadu.
To join as a BUSINESS EXPLORER he/she must be above 18 years of age.
The Tour Package price is determined by the company.
An ACCEPTANCE should be given that he will abide by the Rules and Regulations of the company.
His payment must be duly credited in the specified account of the company or by DD in favour of MANIYAN SHAI CLUB, payable at Bodinayakanur. No cash transactions.
The Company has authority to accept or reject any application of purchase a Tour Plan and be a BE, without having to give any explanation.
The company has a non-refund policy for all its tour Package Booking amount.
PERIOD: Once a BE purchases a TOUR PACKAGE, the term would be valid for the period of 12 months only.
Resignation: BE can cancel his association with the company at any time by sending a letter of request to the Company.

Business Plan

Before joining as a BE please go through the business plans and about the business details.
This is not a money back business.

Tour Policy

A Tour package will be given for your amount.
This amount is NON-REFUNDABLE.
The validity of the tour package is for one year only. Traveler book a Tour Package we request you to inform us before 1 month for their Accommodation booking purpose. The dates will be provided to you according to the availability of the date schedule.

Termination and De-Sponsorship

The Company has full authority and Rights to Terminate or to De-sponsored from one’s ‘Business Group’ by issuing a notice in writing to a BE.
In the event of death of a BE, it could be transferred to his Nominee on request in writing. The Company should be informed about it and a valid Death Certificate must be produced to claim any amount which has not been paid to the deceased BE.
If the BE becomes the subject of Bankruptcy or if he becomes mentally sick,
If the BE provided information found to be false at the time of joining or at any later stage. Termination and de-sponsorship will be executed by the company without formal complaint the Company may initiate termination, De-sponsorship, of a BE’s association with the company in every matter even in the absence of a formal complaint. The Company shall not, however, take action against the BE or until the Company has first offered the violating BE an opportunity to explain and/or justify his conduct.

Jurisdiction, Disputes and its Resolution

All the disputes arising between the Company and the BE shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court limit of Theni Dist. Tamilnadu

Others

Any payment/reward etc made under any Business plan would be subject to deduction of Income tax or other applicable taxes at source.
The company will not be responsible for any loss(financial or otherwise) including the loss of passport that a BE may incur while availing any Tour Plan(package) which does not relate to the Company directly or indirectly.
It is deemed and mutually understood between the Company and the BE’s that all the payments/rewards etc under any Business plan is of inclusive of Service Tax and the sole liability of payment there of would be that of the BE’s.
The BE will keep the Company and its Management indemnified from any financial or other liability towards non-payment of Taxes to be deducted at source and applicable Service Tax.
Violation of the Company’s Rules and Regulations, Business Plan, Tour plan(s) and policies is an extremely serious matter, not only because of the effect it may have on an individual BE, but also the Company’s image will also be get tarnished. Company’s business held by the public, the Media and Government Officials can also be affected.Nobody should violate the Company’s Rules & Regulations.

Future Plans of the Maniyan Shai Club

In forthcoming year we are planning to launch a Recreation Club and the members who join now will be given discounts for their Tour Packages and can avail the club membership cards, some great offers and extra facilities from club will be provided to them.
